I loved the article, especially since it contained a lot of the "no cook" recipes I've been doing for awhile! Cottage cheese is great to have when you need to add protein to your day! I especially love it with fresh pears; I also love a regional favorite (I live in an area of PA rich in PA Dutch culinary tradition) of cottage cheese and apple butter. I made my own apple butter this past fall and gave a lot of it away for Christmas gifts. You'll find cottage cheese and apple butter on all the PA Dutch Buffet type restaurants in the Lancaster area and in lots of local diners.
