my biggest issue is the dairy. I am so dairy intolerant and other things have more calories in them. I think that snacking on wholesome foods that we create from scratch will give us better nutrition. We must make good choices for ourselves and watch closely our portions.

For those who can't see the PDF...if you have Adblock or something blocking ads and popups, disable it for Sparkpeople and voila! Should appear.
I got excited when I saw this in margin. Clicked on it with excitement until I saw the date. Been there, Done that! When you can, please give us an update. This was really a helpful tool for integrating snacks into the day BUT as most things NOW it's getting old.
I couldn't print the page either so did a right click and copy and then opened word and pasted. Then it printed no problem. Hope that works for you

I need to increase my protein intake without adding huge amounts of fat. Any suggestions on what to eat in the snack category? I'm pretty new at this living healthy stuff and new to this site so not sure where to find stuff. Thanks.
