I couldn't print the page either so did a right click and copy and then opened word and pasted. Then it printed no problem. Hope that works for you

I need to increase my protein intake without adding huge amounts of fat. Any suggestions on what to eat in the snack category? I'm pretty new at this living healthy stuff and new to this site so not sure where to find stuff. Thanks.

Love these ideas. Here's another one. 1 C. unsweetened applesauce, a sprinkle of cinnamon and Splenda. Warm in microwave. Tastes just like warm apple pie!
I LOVE THIS CONCEPT! Great way to plan ahead for that moment when you're just really hungry and scanning the pantry aimlessly seems like a dangerous idea! I think I will take this one step further by grabbing a monthly planner and creating some snacks of my own ;-) THANK YOU SP!!
