  • I like plain greek yogurt (skim) with a stevia packet and vanilla, with one rectangle of graham cracker. Though really I will eat just about anything as a snack, it's just been a process of learning what is a reasonable portion. - 1/30/2013 6:01:28 PM
  • I love the idea of pairing a nice tea (5-10 calories) with a snack... Like chai tea along side some pairs sprinkled with cinnamon! A cup of coffee would go nicely with a lot of these as well. Plus adding a drink can help make the snack last longer =) - 1/25/2013 2:58:13 AM

    What's up with the griping about it being almost a meal etc? Some people may find those snacks to be quite restrained in comparison to where they are right now. YOU may be close to perfect, but others may find lots of help here. Move on and find another article to gripe about.

    I'm not sure why I'm seeing complaints about this list not being "completely totally healthy." They're snack ideas. Some people like a treat now and again and don't want to blow all their calories in order to just have a bit of something sweet or savory." Does anyone really eat 100% totally healthy ALL the time? Their lives must suck, if they do. These are suggestions. You don't NEED to eat them. stop complaining and move on to the next article. - 1/14/2013 5:59:14 PM
