This is a great list. Is there a plan to incorporate these snack ideas into the meal plans? It helps remind me that they are out there :) - 1/21/2013 1:53:41 PM
  • This is a wonderful list. I am going to share it with a friend in his mid-70s who is in dire need of nutrition help as an Type II diabetic. This will get him started on a better path.
I'll use it for myself as well! - 1/21/2013 12:36:59 PM
  • Retract what I just said below/above (depending on your viewing). ;) I found all of these tabs on the far left hand side of the article. Thanks! - 1/21/2013 11:03:01 AM
  • I agree with other people, I would love to print this list as a quick reminder to post on my refrigerator. Also, why can't I save this to my favorites anymore. I have noticed this with other articles, too. - 1/21/2013 10:59:09 AM
  • A interesting guide list! - 1/21/2013 10:21:19 AM
  • Great list. Would love to print it.

What's up with the griping about it being almost a meal etc? Some people may find those snacks to be quite restrained in comparison to where they are right now. YOU may be close to perfect, but others may find lots of help here. Move on and find another article to gripe about.

Love the variety on the list. - 1/21/2013 8:29:12 AM
  • Great list! Thanks to ANAVAH, I found where to look to print this list! :) I will keep this on the fridge for inspiration!! - 1/21/2013 4:02:12 AM
  • This list was great, I'll have to copy it as you can't save to favorites. - 1/14/2013 7:37:14 PM

I'm not sure why I'm seeing complaints about this list not being "completely totally healthy." They're snack ideas. Some people like a treat now and again and don't want to blow all their calories in order to just have a bit of something sweet or savory." Does anyone really eat 100% totally healthy ALL the time? Their lives must suck, if they do. These are suggestions. You don't NEED to eat them. stop complaining and move on to the next article. - 1/14/2013 5:59:14 PM

  • Now what I need to know but don't have time to enter in each thing to find out--which of these has a significant serving of protein and/or fiber? - 1/14/2013 8:52:34 AM
  • As with anything you take what you think is good leave what you think is bad and move on. I might add that for some people the food items that don't seem so healthy to us are a fair bit more healthier that what they may be snacking on now. There was a time when my partner and I would throw a family sized bag of potatoe chips in a bowl then empty a bag of cookies around the edge and snack on that while we watched a movie. - 1/14/2013 4:48:28 AM
  • This is wonderful. I just printed the list and I will be using it. I'm going to make some to take to the movie instead of eating popcorn. - 1/13/2013 5:12:39 PM
  • Bronhi, click the button with the heart w/ a checkmark on it just to the left of the article. It's under the share icons. - 1/13/2013 4:14:33 PM
