If you are lactose intolerant but love cheese, you should still be able to eat hard, aged cheeses, as the lactose is broken down during the aging process. I personally like Romano and Fontina. See what works for you, but typically the more aged the cheese is the better for your situation. Try a small amount and see how it works with your system. Good luck!
