Nothing beats natural for snacks! Passion fruit is a power source of nutrients, according to studies, and most of it pointing to some medicinal benefits. If you are suffering from high cholesterol levels, cancer, constipation, or coronary heart disease, then this fruit could play a key factor in your recovery. While the fruit may not always be easily available, delifreshusa.com has an all natural passion fruit juice in Markizza Passion Fruit Juice available on Amazon. Itís all natural and refreshing, not from concentrate. Read about passion fruits to see for yourself.

I am trying to get back into the swing of things at SparkPeople. So glad that I stumbled upon this snacking article. I love to snack and not always good. I see there are more snacking articles that I can dive into and check out other low cal snacks. Thanks for this article!

My tracker says that 1 cup of grapes is 62 calories, not 100 as stated in the article.

Some great new ideas for me here.

I am a salt carb person so my go too snacks are usually something in that family like air popped low cal popcorn or mini pretzels.

good list with some nce fresh options.

Silly, but one of my favorite things is fresh snap peas....they are crunch, sweet, and healthy. I find they really don't even need a dip.

I was quite encouraged by the fact that my natural preference was the snacks lower in calories. One of my favourites (on this list) is the baked Kale.

A favourite 'own' recipe is to blend smoked salmon with no fat yoghurt, a dash of lemon and top it with a couple of capers. It makes a lovely dip, or pate/mousse to go with either toast or as part of a salad. I do a similar thing with smoked peppered mackerel. It is higher in calories, but most of these I believe come from the good oils in the fish.

Is there a way to get an easily printable copy of this? I'd like to post on my refrigerator! Is it available in a PDF?
