I have a herniated disk in my lower back which causes problems with my knees - there is no way I can do a lot of these exercises without putting my back out. I would like some ideas on exercises I can do. I workout 5 days a week between the elliptical, walking on the treadmill, and also the stair stepper machine.

On the butt exercies should you do 3 sets on each leg one at atime or should you alternate sets?
Really love these exercises and they are making a difference. But I wish the proper name for the exercises had been included so I could add them to the fitness tracker. Anyone know what some of them are called?
This is great, I do these and more, but every other day. Is it o.k. to work this area everyday like abs? My current set is cardio & abs S.T.Th and weights & allover toning M.W.F off on Saturday
Revise that last comment. My daughter printed it for me by clicking the wrench in the top right corner of the tool bar. From there I followed the prompts and now have a copy of the article.
To everyone that is having trouble printing this article try to e-mail it to your self and print it from there. That is what I had my daughter do for me. Good luck!!
I tried and tried to print this page, but I could not get the descriptions of the Friday and Saturday - or any part of Sunday to print. Page 1 was bland except for the title, page two had Monday through Thursday, page three had the copy at the bottom of the article. I'm so disappointed because I really need this. And I can do all of these exercises - I just want to have the descriptions and I have no room to work out where my computer is located. How can I get a complete print out?
