I have a herniated disk in my lower back which causes problems with my knees - there is no way I can do a lot of these exercises without putting my back out. I would like some ideas on exercises I can do. I workout 5 days a week between the elliptical, walking on the treadmill, and also the stair stepper machine.

On the butt exercies should you do 3 sets on each leg one at atime or should you alternate sets?
Really love these exercises and they are making a difference. But I wish the proper name for the exercises had been included so I could add them to the fitness tracker. Anyone know what some of them are called?
I tried and tried to print this page, but I could not get the descriptions of the Friday and Saturday - or any part of Sunday to print. Page 1 was bland except for the title, page two had Monday through Thursday, page three had the copy at the bottom of the article. I'm so disappointed because I really need this. And I can do all of these exercises - I just want to have the descriptions and I have no room to work out where my computer is located. How can I get a complete print out?
