I usually walk ,,,but so windy today when I tried it pulled me back so I came back to the office and did this video 2x ....when I cannot walk or do low impact arobics I do these videos they all add up ...thanks Nicole this is great.
This exercise is great. I always find that I'm too busy to go off and go to the gym every other day, and what I really needed was some way to do cardio in my room with no equipment. And SP found a solution! Thank you so much.
great cardio workout...I loved and boy, do I feel the burn....but good. I am so happy that Coach Nicole has these new videos for the chair, since I have to do most of my exercises in the chair..even my marching in place, so this is really great. woohooo!!
OMG I SWEATED! I have a bad right knee with damage to my tendons. When I overdo it it will collapse. In addition, it really acts up in cold months. With this routine I felt my leg muscles engaged, I felt the flexibility in my knees, and adding the arms really adds to the cardio. This is not a lazy workout! My hope is that it will strengthen my legs and build up my cardio endurance. Thanks, Nicole. This is truely one of my favorites!
I can't wait to try this out! I know it will be harder than it looks but I can slow the pace to fit my needs. I can walk short distances, but this video should help me get stronger & build some muscle to burn more calories.
