it is a matter of perception. I have successfully maintained a healthy
lifestyle for nearly five years, by indulging myself on the weekends!
I know that the weekends are a time to relax and enjoy foods I
love with family and friends. I plan these days of splurging into
my very successful program (lost sixty pounds and maintained
it for over three years.) These meals are stress breakers for me.
As they are planned, I enjoy them without guilt and then return
to eating lighter meals during the week.
