Yes, I am remembering now that I have to meditate, either through yoga or actual meditation. I have to think of me and my body And my mind. In order to be fully there for my family, I have to be there for me too.
All good things to do! I love Spark articles but don't always agree with them but this one is fantastic! It is filled with simple, executable ideas that can be fit in to anyones schedule no matter how busy they may think they are.
The wellness articles are my favorite to read. Thanks for making them ever more motivating!!!

Very helpful article! I've been riding in the c ar for at least 8 hours. Tried out the twist suggestion and it felt great. I'll be trying the other suggestions too.
Great list and great ideas. Not only does smiling make you feel better but you actually breath better and more easily. Conversely, frowning or having a stiff rigid look on your face makes breathing a bit tougher. So go ahead and smile! I love doing yoga but I don't like the idea of "sun salutations" as I don't believe in saluting the sun. I don't salute objects, planets, or false deities. I do the vinyasa flow but I definitely don't think of it as saluting the sun. I'll honor the Son.
