I needed this. Have been spending more time at the desk lately and feel miserable for it. If I can squeeze it in, I take 5 minutes to walk the building or the stairs just to get my blood moving. Good tips!
Wow...talk about making me think about what I haven't yet been doing for myself... wonderful suggestions. It's so encouraging to have the chance to hear what I CAN do instead of what I've been doing wrong, or what I don't have the money to do.
