Wow...talk about making me think about what I haven't yet been doing for myself... wonderful suggestions. It's so encouraging to have the chance to hear what I CAN do instead of what I've been doing wrong, or what I don't have the money to do.
Lots of good ideas here - and we all have extra minutes!

Insightful list. Found myself combining items: washing hands (or face) with aromatic soap or massaging feet with scented lotion. I do Push-ups from the knees when I can no longer do one on the toes.
Yes, I am remembering now that I have to meditate, either through yoga or actual meditation. I have to think of me and my body And my mind. In order to be fully there for my family, I have to be there for me too.
All good things to do! I love Spark articles but don't always agree with them but this one is fantastic! It is filled with simple, executable ideas that can be fit in to anyones schedule no matter how busy they may think they are.
