I like how the stuff organize, it makes more clean and more space you can add, Thanks for this post I will try this also in my refrigerator to get more space.
  • If I lived alone my fridge would be stocked completely differently. It'd be like coach Nicole's.
Why would anyone keep vinegar or soy sauce in the frige?
  • I love to see all the sparkers who practice what they preach! Thanks for sharing. Now I'm going to go clean out my pantry.
  • This is a great article. Very helpful!!
  • Great article. Interesting to get a glimpse of your refridgerator. Now I am hungry and very thirsty...
This really helps me to get my frig in order. Plus the right foods to pack it with. Thank you
  • OK, I took pix of my fridge, freezer and pantry, and I have pretty much what they (the spark experts) have, but my roommate eats the same and there are no children in our household, so I suppose it's easier to not have unhealthy stuff around for us than some people:

  • I like the variety of plant-based proteins in Stepfanie's. This is an awesome article--thanks for giving me some great ideas!
  • It's nice to see inside the lives of individuals that carry on a healthy lifestyle! It's motivating.
  • I'm sure none of you are lying, just do to the fact you have a healthy job, but it would have been nice to see pics. Make us '"normal folk" feel normal. Like a pic of Becky's ice cream.
  • I want to eat healthier! I want to go to the store and make better choices! Thank you for the motivation and ideas!!
  • ngood blog but more would have share pictures
It's good to see what the "experts" are doing/buying. I, too, am making some "expert" decisions and choices.
  • It's good to see nutritionist and food experts have a mix of "real people" food. Everything in moderation! I have recently been on a ground turkey kick! I get the Nature's promise brand (4 oz. 160 calories) and I will brown that with some seasonings and hot sauce and throw it in a whole wheat tortilla with a tablespoon of sour cream and chunky salsa! It's sooo yummy!
