This is a lot of work and takes up a lot of time especially for people who work all day. My job is very physical and leaves me sore and tired. I have no energy to exercise after my day at work and I have no time before work. So what does one do?
For medical reasons at this time I am not allowed to exercise. So boot camp will have to wait. But I will not let that stop me from getting to my goal. I have lowered my overall caloric intake and have continued my weight loss all through the holidays. When you get close to your goal the weight loss is harder to come by. I intend to create a new goal once I reach my initial goal. This helps to keep my focused at every meal. NOTHING tastes as good as this "angel reaching new heights".
