Thank you for the article. I am re-energizing my healthy me journey. I am on my way to pregnancy and motherhood lane and have to continue to loose weight. I am already wonderful and with greater health, will be that much better of a mom. Thank you for the tips. Grateful1...
I would say make sure you do exercise in pregnancy too, even if that means walking, gentle aerobics or anything you like, and is not too hard... the WORST you can do for your health and you, is stop working out completely and just eat till you drop, because you are pregnant. Once you deliver- its obvious you have been eating not for 2 but 3.... not a good idea!
What an innappropriate picture to post. If an outfit (or in this case, lack of an outfit) would not be appropriate in a work situation, it isn't appropriate to post in a public place. Very gauche. I'm not looking forward to having to see this half-naked image all day. Pregnancy is private--outside of doctors and spouses, nobody should have to see it.
This is worse than the article accompanied by a picture of a HUGE bowl of ice cream. Spark, please put some additional thought into your stock image use.
Really enjoyed this article, my doctor told me that at my weight might hinder my chances of becoming pregnant. And there is nothing more I want to do in this world than become a mom...not right now, but in the near future. The part of the article that stated "revisit your childhood" I have been hula hooping and playing four square - talk about throw backs!
