Excellant article, it hits all the basics. I tend to overdue at first, feel awful and stop! Start slow, build endurence and strength and do not give up!

Gr8 overview! Didn't realize that warming up was so essential & that warmup helps deliver oxygen to the muscles which helps recovery or to prevent soreness!
