I am going to print them out to try. Report
I noticed that only 2 out of 10 are vegetarian. The rest are heavy on chicken, beef and seafood - in that order. Report
I will give this a try, I hate thinking what to cook. Report
I will definitely try some of these and email them to my son and daughter who live on a tight budget! Thanks SP Report
This will be a keeper - especially paired with the SparkPeople cookbook which has already become by go-to bible for meals that are healty and easy! Thank you Spark People!! Report
These all look delicious and nutritious! Thanks Report
It's a good idea to calculate the cost of a good meal. I tried this a week ago and found that it is healthier and less expensive that it would cost for my family to eat at a fast food without supersizing. Report
I like the recipes. They really sound delicious.I would love to see more recipies and I want to try the ones that are in the cook book. Report
I like the concept, and would love to see more cheap meal ideas along the same lines, but these aren't complete dinners. With many of the recipes providing less than 300 calories per serving (and several under 200), eaters would have to add to the meal, have more than one serving, or plan to eat again in a couple hours. All of these options would add to the cost of food for the meal (or day). How about some bean-based options, with sides included? Report
These look fantastic and so simple! I'm learning to eat with my eyes, and more importantly...slowly. These will definitely be making my meal planning "to do" list. Report
I will certainly be trying these out. Especially with my poor graduate student budget!!! Report
Sorry about the first three attempts. The Chicken recipes are great. My family is too set in their ways for the taco soup though Report
