I have 2 artificial knees and it isn't real comfortable to be on them but I got most of the way through that way. When the wireless cut off, I went to another computer and redid the video from a chair and you can get just as good a workout that way. It's only the pushups you can't do from the chair. Do them on your toes or use the edge of a couch maybe.

Modifications for those w/ bad knees: I would think the "on your knees" part could be done seated in a dining room or office chair without arm rests. I got one bad knee - getting down to do these exercises isn't much of a problem - getting up is another story! I think I'll try this next time to see how it works.
I tried to download the video but access to download was denied! The explanation given was "This video's copyright owner may have copy-protected the video file with DRM technology." Does anyone know why this has happened? I think that yesterday I was able to download a video. Thanks!
