I'm so glad I found another bootcamp on SparkPeople! These programs give me an easy to follow routine that I can use to keep exercise a daily part of my life.
I was just told about this from a friend off of the bride to be group. I have a question, I have been working out to the 7 day "swim suit boot camp" for a few weeks now. I just changed it to the " new you boot camp" I have 7 weeks and 4 days to get in shape for my wedding. Should I continue what I am doing or can I start this program?
I did the first day today . I am giving myself 8 weeks to lose 10 pounds . It was intense but I am very excited . I hope that I can stay motivated for the next 8 weeks
Well I have a vacation at the lake in 2 1/2 wks so I wish I had found this (or gotten motivated to get back on track losing weight) sooner! I'm going to start this Sunday and I'll be able to get 2 full weeks in doing this. I'll pick up the resistance band tomorrow so i'm ready! Looking forward to this and getting healthier!
