Well done to you! I started walking a week or two ago, and - bizarrely - weighed the same as you. For my frame though, that's about 70lb too much. However, I'm now working on the idea that whatever comes off is great. I'm not focussing on the big goal, but a few pounds at a time, which makes it seem more achievable. You've reinforced my idea of walking/dieting! Many thanks!
