Your story is amazing! I have also just walked myself to 48 lbs lighter:)! I have a 2 year old and could not run or keep up with her & one day I said something has to change....my weight! and so I began to walk. I went from a size 16P to a size 8P in about 5 months. I have kept the weight off also!

Just want to thank you for the starting off slow part. I felt bad because I was so tired when I started off. When you said start off slow, I felt better about being tired so quick. Thanks.
Kudos to you! I truly appreicate your article. I walk four miles each day. I can walk two miles in a little under thirty minutes. I can't imagine not being able to walk everyday. I use this time (my am and pm walk) to sort and clear my head. I feel the strength in my legs and I feel my posture improving. My neighbors encourage me along my walk telling me to keep up the good work, and congratuations for being so dedicated.
