TIME4JUDI Walked Without Setting Foot Outside

  • Kudos to you Judy. I am new to SparkPeople and find everyone so inspiring. I am home with Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fybromyalgia, Sjogrens Syndrome and some other issues. I was told about Leslie Sansones DVD about a month ago. It is wonderful. There are some days when I can't do anything, but when I can it is on. You look great and is an inspiration to me. Keep up the good work. You are not only achieving great success, but you're touching lives. It tells me NO MORE EXCUSES. - 1/24/2009 5:47:49 PM
  • I think this is great! I have been doing her Walk @ Home video (4mile walk) for the last 2weeks. I even take it to work and do 15min 2x a day. I started only being able to do 10min. but today, I actually did the 15min mile, IN 15MINUTES! Thanks for this post. It's so encouraging! - 1/11/2009 8:38:32 PM
  • Wow I love it! That is very inspiring. Great job Judy! - 1/11/2009 4:09:35 PM
Judi, you look awesome! Congratulations. I ran across an archived post of yours about a month ago regarding Leslie's DVDs and decided to try them. I'm now doing 4 Fast Miles and I'm starting to see the results. Thank you so much for being such an inspiration. - 1/11/2009 11:31:51 AM

This is AMAZING! I never thought that walking could be so beneficial for weight loss. I too have more of a logistics problem and time constraints so I'd better check out some walking DVDs! - 1/9/2009 6:01:20 AM
  • This is so inspiring and has encouraged me to keep going on my journey to the best ME that I can be! - 1/1/2009 5:13:29 PM
Thank you so much for posting this article. Your story is such an inspiration to me. I am in a weight loss slump. I am entangled with my job and other part time jobs. I have over worked myself so much and not allowed my body to have proper rest and my weight gain is out of control. I know that Leslie's DVDs will help me where ever I am, at home or on the road working 80% of the time. You have given me a gift i can definitly give myself.

    Thank you - 12/11/2008 9:40:48 PM
  • This was a great message for me. I too walk at home...but I kind of stopped because I saw no results (treadmill walking 1.50/4-5 days) now I'm going to increase to 2-miles and keep it going. Now I'm motivated to keep doing it a home. (i don't like how i look when i exercise, nor do need the looks about my body. (250lbs) I'm going to increase my mileage and keep in moving.. at home...Thanks for the motivation. - 11/28/2008 10:37:08 AM
  • Such an inspirational story! Of interest to me because Leslie Sansone was my aerobics instructor back in New Castle, PA many years ago. How do you do these walking videos if your house is all carpeted? Do you put something down over the carpet? - 11/22/2008 11:33:19 PM
  • How awesome it is to see results for people doing the same thing I'm doing! I have been doing the walk away the pounds, walk away your waist and walk slim videos of Leslie's and they absolutely motivate me! Congratulations and wonderful job! - 11/19/2008 5:23:44 PM
Wow, I can't tell you how inspiring this is to me! I too walk at home, and sometimes I feel it's just not enough, but reading this, really gave me some encouragement. I also have MS and I found that walking within my home gives me alot more confidence that I will not fall, but even if I do trip, Im at home. Thanks for sharing this! - 11/13/2008 11:47:05 AM
  • Congratulations! You look fantastic! I LOVE LS WATP! I always tell people on here who say they can't get out, or are new & uncoordinated to try her dvds. They are so simple, you feel like a queen when you can actually keep up with & finish them. You've done a great job! Good luck with your continued success, as well as your MS. - 11/13/2008 8:49:04 AM
  • How inspiring! Judy's success shows how we can do anything and really takes away our excuses! - 11/9/2008 12:17:39 PM
