I have mild PF in my left foot and I am taking iron theraphy pills for low iron...doctor said I should be good to start exercise but to listen to my body if something doesn't feel right and take my time, so far the first week of this plus my PF stretches its going well :)

Thank you, now I know where and how long to start. This well help me a lot. Maybe increase the exercise by adding leg weights or carry dumbells, or even water jugs.
