I LOVE to walk but was thinking of starting an actual routine where I increased the distance/time walked each week. This breakdown is exactly what I was looking for.

I have mild PF in my left foot and I am taking iron theraphy pills for low iron...doctor said I should be good to start exercise but to listen to my body if something doesn't feel right and take my time, so far the first week of this plus my PF stretches its going well :)
