I'd like to be able to "copy" my fitness from day to day, if I am doing the same exercises multiple times. Is there a way to do that?? Especially if I am creating a customized strength training plan with various exercises. I would like those to be able to "copy" to other specified days in the future. Help!

Kudos to the SparkPeople site & its trackers. This is my first share after tracking food for about 10 days. That was initially all I really wanted – an accurate food tracker plugged into nutrition. I am still exploring the site & I am a little slow about it right now because of searching and entering food items I like & use. Once I have most of my favorites in, I think it will be a breeze. I am very impressed with SparkPeople: how it is integrated & its hints, demos, & how it gives me what I need to track my health in many different ways. Each new thing I find, allows me to look at my eating behavior in a new way. It is helping me understand nutrition better and how to incorporate better nutrition into my diet. I have tried several other sites; this one is by far the best, the most comprehensive, user-friendly site I have used for improving my health & diet. Can't wait to keep discovering more each week. THANK YOU SO MUCH! :)
Hello all, this is my first time on here,I'm trying to get my head around this !! I'm 61 and had a knee replacement 8 weeks ago so I can only do walking at the moment and I don't know how to enter it manually , if it has such a thing. Is there anybody out there that can help me. Thanks
I don't like that I can't record any fitness activities except for strength and cardio!! I am a beginner here and don't always like to do high impact exercising! I love my yoga! I also burn calories at work waitressing. I add all my calories burned to my cardio, I just enter them manually. The reason I do this is so that I know how many minutes I have worked out, even if it is low impact!
It would be helpful to have a circuit training option. I go to curves and do a 30 minute routine... if I could click on that my exercise tracking would be more accurate. Thanks for considering. :)

My issue is with the Cardio section. I really wish it were set up more like the strength training section, where i can list the things I want to do then check them off as I go. Then if the need arises I can come back & add to or change a program I think this wld be much less confusing.
The exercise tracker is not user friendly. I just want to be able to put 60 minute full muscle conditioning class. It is not adding my minutes correctly. Spark IT - we need your help! menork
To some of you that are having problems entering the excerises cause you can not scroll down. Move your taskbar to the side of the screen, instead of having it at the bottom.
