I won Cardio Blast on a wheel spin. Tried it first time today. Is a great workout! I anticpated it being more of a beginner level, but I would classify only the first two ten minute segments that way. Got a good sweat going! I believe that older ladies with "fallen female parts" issues might have trouble with the hopping and jumping segments. Sorry if that's TMI, but some might need to know. Nicole does a good job of reminding folks that they can modify the movements, but a beginner might not know exactly how to do that other than just walking in place. Keep up the good work! I'll definitely put this in my rotation of workouts. Thanks!
I love the Cardio Blast DVD! I can't wait to try Fit, Firm, and Fired Up! I tried her 7-Day Bootcamp videos too! They are so fun, and easy to fit at least one in a day! I'm such a huuuuuge Nicole fan! She's helped me get healthier and lose a few pounds, and still is! NICOLE YOU'RE AWESOME!
More low-impact options please! My knees creak at the thought of lunges, squats & higher impact options. Crunch-less is nice too. Looking forward to other DVDs esp. since for the online videos, I'm still on dial-up. (Yes, some of us are!) LOL!
OH MY! Post 5 mos of PT last year for my hip and IC Band I found that I can't even lift my heel of the floor. I am so excited that my one day challenge is only 10 minutes! I can do (or try to do) anything for 10 minutes. 45-60 minutes cripples me. I loved trying the lower body work out but don't know how to track it. Do I need to track each individual exercise? Remember if you order the fitness kit to get the correct size fitness ball - mine was way too big for me, didn't know they came in sizes!

I would really appreciate a high intensity cardio for level 2 and up. I absolutely love the regular cardio's and ive been doing them for 3 months. Howvere, I am naturally athletic and I do the videos about 3 times. Please include some high intensity cardio for fat burning and weight loss.

I would love to see an introductory latin cardio DVD, with the salsa, mambo, and cha cha without a lot of twirls to songs like "Everybody Salsa" . Does anybody know of one?

I would love to see more workout music on dvd.that we can get off of spark instead of having to go to itunes to download.
Back in January (09) some folks suggested downloads of the videos for a small fee...totally agree...it is really a hassle to move thru a workout using the videos as they are, and it would be great to personalize/rotate the order which we could do if we had the downloads...also could travel with them...so how about it SparkTeam can you arrange this for us?
