I 'm still laid out on my mat. I'm as big and stiff as a red wood tree, but I'm determined to do this workout a second tiime! I 'm looking forward to improving my flexibility which has not been a major focus in my workouts. Loving these videos and the bootcamp... thanks Coach!!! :)
This video may be just 10 mins but let me tell you I did it twice and it is a great workout. I may not be able to bend my knees as much yet but soon i will. thank you so much for these videos
@CHANGING LIFE, I would try using the "add workout to another day" link and select today's date. I often have trouble with the link (it loads my fitness tracker, but doesn't add the workout), but have always had success using the "add to another day" alternative.
I was o.k with the exercises until I had to do the side leg ones. My bursitis in my left hip limited my R.O.M and made it impossible to lie on to do the right side. Oh well, when I get my bursitis under control I will be doing this one again
