The only thing I didn't see listed was Flax Seed. I just calculated my breakfast. I took 1/4 cup of oatmeal and added 2 tbsp of Flax Seed ground. The oatmeal was 75 calories with 2 grams of fiber; the flax was 60 calories with 4 grams of fiber. Our goal is to have a minimum of 20 grams of fiber and head toward 40 if we can. Then I added 4 cut up egg whites which gave me lots of protein and some blueberries which added more fiber. And a little stevia sweetener to satisfy my sweet tooth! Just thought I'd pass along.
