I've had a long, stressful week and have totally lost all the motivation I've been hanging on to since the holidays, which makes me just get disgusted and down on myself, which makes me EAT,which makes me just get disgusted and........you see where I'm going. lol .........logged on at lunch and THIS is the first thing I see!!   • The only thing I didn't see listed was Flax Seed. I just calculated my breakfast. I took 1/4 cup of oatmeal and added 2 tbsp of Flax Seed ground. The oatmeal was 75 calories with 2 grams of fiber; the flax was 60 calories with 4 grams of fiber. Our goal is to have a minimum of 20 grams of fiber and head toward 40 if we can. Then I added 4 cut up egg whites which gave me lots of protein and some blueberries which added more fiber. And a little stevia sweetener to satisfy my sweet tooth!
