  • Reading health books gets me back in the mood to be healthy or watching health documentaries from Netflix. I have to be immersed in it to do it, like get books at library. Or buy a running magazine or something. It gets me more excited.

  • About 3 months ago i got layed off, then i was blessed with a great opportunity to work a home. More money, no driving, dream job? Right? Well the trade off is i've gained 15 pounds in less than 2 months. So this is a great article to get me motivated and get back on track.
