I broke my arm about a month ago and lost all momentum. Since I'm right-handed and I broke my right arm, there was much I couldn't do and things that I could took a lot longer. I got very frustrated and discouraged, comfored myself with food, and really backslid on the exercise. The cast should come off in about a week but I can start with some of these suggestions today. This will definitely be a "favorite". Thanks!!
