Two more things: decide to let go of perfectionism--the biggest enemy of a diet and exercise program. Also: if you suspect you have fallen into depression, get it treated, or you will never find the motivation and energy to do anything else.

These are great ideas! I have been struggling to get back on track. I am going to do at least one of these things everyday until I can get momentum back. After this weekends easter candy binge I'm feeling pretty guilty and ready to take control again.

Wow, this is a good time for me to read this. I've lost my motivation and started to go back to my old eating habits and stopped exercising. It's 8:45 am and I just tracked my breakfast for the first time in a few weeks. Thanks, Nicole, for helping us get back on track.
