One of your best articles, Nichole. I'm adding it to my favorites. I've tried every one of these suggestions at one time or another, but sometimes I still need a reminder of concrete steps to take when I'm feeling a bit wobbley. Thanks a bunch!
These are great ideas! I have been struggling to get back on track. I am going to do at least one of these things everyday until I can get momentum back. After this weekends easter candy binge I'm feeling pretty guilty and ready to take control again.
Wow, this is a good time for me to read this. I've lost my motivation and started to go back to my old eating habits and stopped exercising. It's 8:45 am and I just tracked my breakfast for the first time in a few weeks. Thanks, Nicole, for helping us get back on track.
