  • This is exactly what I needed to see today. I absolutely have eaten horribly the past couple days and have not worked out. I still have a Thanksgiving dinner today AND tomorrow. The good thing is, I'm already kind of over Thanksgiving food for now, so I think today's the day I'll get back on track!

  • Thanks for the great reminder and motivation. It reinforces all the options and opportunities SP offers. I am mainting (give and take a couple pounds but need to lose at least 10 more pounds. Maybe I WILL celan the slate and start over just to get my groove back! I began with a 2 mile walk this morning and it was wonderful.   • A very timely article for me, the last 2 weeks have been step backs for me. I didn't stop working out, but I did stop counting calories. I didn't want to burn out, so I took time off from counting calories between Biggest Loser challenges. Not a good idea for me, I have been stress eating and gained a couple of pounds.
