    What I love about this workout and all of the workouts really is that you can hear her breath and when she gets tired she really breaths hard..Like I do..panting and sweating and panting some more...I like that...she is fit..and still breaths hard...yeah cuz most of the time when I get out of breath I stop what I am doing cuz i think I am to unfit to keep going because i am sweating and breathing hard...my mind stops me not my body, it is doing okay, my mind says stop so no one notices me so fat and out of shape panting and sweating..Like I am ashamed of it so I stop...I am glad to have fit people pant and sweat doing things so simple. - 7/24/2010 7:52:14 PM
  • Great Workout! It an excellent 10 minutes workout when I don't have much time to go jogging or to the gym due to a busy schedule. This well also help me when I'm feeling a little down and need motivation ( a good pick-me-upper). Thanks Nichole. U ROCK!!!

  • I found this to be a good workout (Out of breath, cursing at the screen) but I found it hard to follow. She would be doing one move, then showing a lower impact way and I would get lost and try to follow her. I guess I can't listen and move at the same time, I was confused! - 7/17/2010 12:01:55 AM
