    i'm pretty sure i just spranged my foot while hopping back and forth on one foot just before the 3 min. so just a warning BE CAREFULL!
  • This was great. Goal: to do it the way she does it. I had to do it at a much lower intensity but i was sweating and heart rate was up! Thanks!
  • This is a great workout! I love that I can do it in 10 minutes. I plan on integrating this cardio workout with the jump rope and bootcamp cardio workout, so that I don't get bored. I do each workout twice a day at different times. i can't believe how many calories I can burn in such a short amount of time. Please post more cardio workouts. They are great. And Nicole is so easy to follow and motivating.

  • Can't wait to get started with this workout. Great addition to have to my cardio workout. I get bored easily, so it's good to have a variety of things to do. Plus, I can get a great workout in 10 minutes.

  • Oh my goodness! I'm used to doing 30 to 40 minutes of Turbo Jam but this workout just beat me up. I found myself dropping to the lower intensity a few times. Great cardio when short on time.

  • OMGosh!!!! I love this work out it was just what I needed to get started. I have been a little intimidated about doing exersize ,not sure what to do, is it going to be enough of a workout or if it would be too hard. This was just right and it was a challenge for me but it was doable especially with the moderations. Thank You !!!!!! I LOVE SPARKPEOPLE.COM!!!!!!
