This is a great workout! I love that I can do it in 10 minutes. I plan on integrating this cardio workout with the jump rope and bootcamp cardio workout, so that I don't get bored. I do each workout twice a day at different times. i can't believe how many calories I can burn in such a short amount of time. Please post more cardio workouts. They are great. And Nicole is so easy to follow and motivating.
Can't wait to get started with this workout. Great addition to have to my cardio workout. I get bored easily, so it's good to have a variety of things to do. Plus, I can get a great workout in 10 minutes.
OMGosh!!!! I love this work out it was just what I needed to get started. I have been a little intimidated about doing exersize ,not sure what to do, is it going to be enough of a workout or if it would be too hard. This was just right and it was a challenge for me but it was doable especially with the moderations. Thank You !!!!!! I LOVE SPARKPEOPLE.COM!!!!!!
