  • This is a great workout! I love that I can do it in 10 minutes. I plan on integrating this cardio workout with the jump rope and bootcamp cardio workout, so that I don't get bored. I do each workout twice a day at different times. i can't believe how many calories I can burn in such a short amount of time. Please post more cardio workouts. They are great.   • Oh my goodness! I'm used to doing 30 to 40 minutes of Turbo Jam but this workout just beat me up. I found myself dropping to the lower intensity a few times. Great cardio when short on time. - 4/23/2008 10:00:17 PM

  • OMGosh!!!! I love this work out it was just what I needed to get started. I have been a little intimidated about doing exersize ,not sure what to do, is it going to be enough of a workout or if it would be too hard.
