1 you MUST have a sparkpage to give yourself a goodie. Otherwise there is nowhere for your "goodie" to "live".
2 in order to create a sparkpage, go to MY TRACKERS, go to SPARKPOINTS, go to the 2nd set of points under the blue/purple header, and where it says CREATE SPARKPAGE (2nd one down) click on the far right under "create now". It's very simple.
To spend the goodies, you have to create a Spark Page. To create a Spark Page, you go to the Community tab. Move your mouse to that tab, wait til the drop down menu comes up. You're gonna see the word, "Spark Pages", then follow the instructions from there. It is not intuitive and Spark should make it easier to figure out.
I know that rewarding yourself is good, but I'm just not use to it. I have always had others to care for and have always put them first. From nieces, nephews, children, spouse, customers, etc... I have a very hard time getting anything for myself. I'm always doing for my children, even though they are grown... doing for my grandchildren. there never seems to have the time for me -- and I'm OK with that, as long as they are happy and have what they need -- I'm happy.
GRANDVAN, it's under the Community tab. Move your mouse to that tab, wait til the drop down menu comes up. You're gonna see the word, "Spark Pages" and you should see an invitation somewhere to create one. ;-)
CAMELSAMBA, their article already explains how to do that.. ;-) I don't understand what some others are complaining about. Creating a Spark Page is easy and I like having one. I was resistant at first, to be totally honest. Then I realized that it was like Facebook for lifestyle-changers, namely Spark People users. :-) I refuse to say "dieters" because that's not what we're supposed to be doing. ;-)
