I have aprox 90 more minutes from today. that puts me about 300 minutes over the month of Aug. YIPPEEE. Now for only 1 more week of the No scale challenge and I can see if any of it is helping.

I will see you there in October. For the last day of Sept my totals are as:
15 mins yoga,
45 mins weight room,
35 mins ellipitcal,
60 mins walking,
155 mins total for 30 Sept. I am officaly over my limit my a grand total of 600 mins. YESSSSS. Watch out October here I come.

So for for Sept I have 2646 plus today's yet to add in. Which is 213 more minutes than Aug. So that is going in the right direction.

I only went over my 155 minutes this month but I still reached my goal and that's whats really important. I'm going to start October's post calling it Our October Exercise Challenge.. Remember the most important thing is you moved and that's better then sitting on the couch no matter how many minutes you accomplished.

I am over my goal for the month, the past 2 days I did 150 mins, 180 mins respectfuly. 450 mins total. I am over by 445 mins.

I was able to get in an extra 25 minutes of Tae-bo last night before the biggest loser show. Plus I had 9182 steps in.
Our walk today should help out too.

Great job Sparkles. Beckie that sounds like a great idea. I do that kind of thing in the morning. Just some reps and it really seems to pay off.

I have 106 minutes to go to reach my goal this month. It's been a long couple of days. But I was able to pace enough yesterday to make up for not getting my afternoon walk.

As of this morning I have 2400 minutes completed.
I wanted to go and take a bike ride last night, but hubby thought it was too late to get the bikes packed up and go to the trail.

I might have to try the suggestion in the Biggest Looser section, on weekends when she is home, every hour she does a quick 10 minute workout, brisk walk, bike, run up stairs, etc. just 10 minutes every hour. that can add up to a lot of minutes.

I have 213 minutes to go to reach my goal which is getting harder with the days getting shorter. Have to start planning for less day light during the week. I love the fall but miss the longer day light hours.

I did do much this weekend. Here are my numbers.
Sat - 60 mins - walking,
Sun - 30 mins - walking,
Sun - 60 mins - heavy cleaning,
Mon - 60 mins - walking,
Total - 110 mins
Left for Sept 05 - 5 mins.

I have 3695 minutes in for this month so only 305 minutes to reach my goal in 4.5 days. I know I can do that. I was hoping to have been more active Sunday, but with the rain not really a lot to do, so I read most of the day. Exercised the mind.

Well, I got in 60 more minutes of walking last night and did 60 minutes of weights this morning. Hopefully I can get in my long run and meet with my dive group tomorrow before Rita brings us winds.

Total - 2255 for the month

That's all I can log this month as I am out of town until the beginning of October and won't be able to log in -- but, thank you for getting me active! I look forward to next month's challenge!

I agree Donna -- I dunno how James and Jamie do it!! I am seriously impressed ~ Personally I have never exercised this much in my life -- unless you look at when I was a little kid -- I totally have this challenge to thank for it! (and also the fact that I didn't do the math before I agreed to it!!)

9/21 - 50 mins bike, 10 mins stretch and 10 mins strength exercises = 70 mins

Total - 2185 for the month

Wow James, those are impressive numbers!

Great job Valletta, course we're not in the same class as James and Jamie!

My numbers:
9/20 revising to add 90 minutes walking
9/21 run 31 minutes (actually got a watch that times the run so I don't have to estimate anymore) walk 10 minutes, weights 60 minutes.
