Our program doesn't count calories burned by strength training exercises, just cardio exercise. There are so many variables involved in strength training that getting an accurate estimate would be impossible, and we think that, since it's better to underestimate your calories burned a little than to overestimate them, it makes more sense to encourage people to consider the strength training as a way to promote good health and fitness, and just consider the calories burned as a safety margin against underestimating how many you eat.

I am using a Pilates DVD for my strength exercises, but I can't seem to get the calories burned to post. I don't use any reps, sets or weights. I just go through the DVD. Can anyone help me, Please?
