I would love to join this challenge. I have never joined a challenge, but October 30 is my birthday, so I figured I should go for it!!

I would love to lose 35 by October. I would like to be your buddy so hopefully this time I can actually stick with the diet. I have no problem in working out. I run about 4-5 days a week. I feel good just need to concentrated on lifting and my diet.

Need to loose 30 by Oct 30th I really need to 35 but trying to get others to join me and help each other I lost weight then gianed by being lazy so I need to stick to this one...
