How many minutes/What distance did you walk today?

We all know that walking is a great cardio work out. So, how much did you walk today? If you didn't walk, why not. It is the easiest way to get excercise. I walked for 40 minutes today. This came to be about 2.5 miles. This makes 5 days in a row that I walked.
