Sugar is my big down fall ,if anything will lure me away from eating healthy its any kind of sugar. Today on sparkpeople cafe I was reading that some people gave up added sugar and found it very helpful in losing weight and controlling binges.

My challenge is to not eat any added sugar for one month starting today,May 14 2007.
