Hai Happy yo meet people with same goals and i am also trying to lose 2 lbs per week.. My goals are 1)To consume 8 glasses of water. 2)To workout more about 200 calories per day. 3)Consume only 1200 calories per day. 4)take a 30 min walk or 40 min cycling every alternate day. 5)Take some strengthening exercises every alternate day.
Hope we all reach our goals
