my weight has been about the same for a week or so, so i'm happy about that.
My plan this week is to take one day at a time....things are improving for me on the going out/alcohol side of things, very slowly....so i'm just going to do my best!

My plan this week is to be strong and exercise every day. Mon - did 30 min treadmill Tues - Pilates w/hubby Wed - 30 min treadmill Thursday - I'm twirlling a baton for 30 minutes - it's a great workout for the arms.... Tomorrow - I will walk around the park

had such a good weekend this weekend drinking wise, and when writing out this plan noticed how i was going to plan drinks thurs - sun.....i am going to have to break the link between the weekend and alcohol

ok so today is sunday....oopsie!!! weds: nope...definitely not a good day! thurs: didnt drink so that was good fri: didn't drik much so that was good sat: ditto!!
so all in all prob not a great week calorie wise but have made a HUGE leap in terms of my drinking, am sooooooo happy about that.
am going to track today, first day in a long time

| yay! today = tues = stuck to my plan! Day 1 of my good day streak!

| also have decided to reward myself for sticking to my plan, or nearly sticking to it!! every thursday (that's when i go shopping) by buying something just for me as a treat...something cheap....or saving up to buy something anyway. I need other rewards in my life apart from food and drink!!

monday...hmm the less said about yesterday the better!
today: track, gym, AFD
weds: mod alcohol - 4 drinks at most, mod food, gym
thurs: mod alcohol - 2 drinks at most, mod food
fri: track, afd, gym
sat: mod alc - driving, mod food, gym
sun: track, afd, gym

to catch up on last week...
fri: day off tracking but did ok, had moderate alcohol, could have had more for sure!!
sat: didn't track...but again only had a few drinks, very happy about those 2 days!
sun: ate and drank a bit too much....could have been worse
so last week 4/7 days, all in all not a bad week, definitely had alcohol in moderation, just need to think about how to handle social situations...

have stuck to my plan today - 1 hour of step, tracked and stayed within my range and haven't had any booze!
3 out of 4 days so far :-)

tues: had 4 drinks didn't go to gym...am a bit sick tracked, only a little up above my range
weds: tracked but went above my range.... went to the gym 215 calories AFD

Well my plan hopefully is to get up and going again.I need some motavation and im here today to see how every0ne is doing also.So i will start tomorrow,back on the treadmill is a start.Wish me luck..

well it's been a while but i wanted to resurrect this!
Mon: track AFD lots of water
Tues: track 1 or 2 drinks depending on calories gym after kindergym, 200 calories
Weds: track AFD gym, 200 calories
Thurs: track AFD step in evening
Fri: day off tracking, but moderation!! few champagnes with girls
Sat: track ? a few wines family walk
Sun: day off tracking MODERATION!!! MODERATE ALCOHOL

my plan for this week is to be true to myself,, Go to the gym everyday or most days.. No eating after 7:30 pm..Which is my biggest challange...
Oh also a mammgram..Cannot forget that..

ok...so i started off well last week and the end of the week went a bit downhill...but on the plus side i drank lots less than i otherwise would have...and feel good about it instead of like i'm missing out.
How did everyone else do with their plans?
This week for me:
- track today and step this am - party tomorrow and not driving....but want to track and not eat mindlessly and will drink water between drinks - track all week...even if over... - look at my goals and keep them in mind - accept my reality and myself...and be positive

ok so my plan for tonight is:
- no drinking alone - mineral water between glasses - count my glasses of wine - i can have what i want but no going crazy - no binge eating...again i can have what i want but no going crazy - count/track everything - don't worry as much about going over, just stay in control

Well my plan this week as of tomorrow back to the gym.Been off for 4 days my husband and i just getting over the flu.And you know how that is.No energy and cant eat..Feeling better and cant wait to go tomorrow.

hi guys! my plans are:
- track today and monday - gym in a sec - afd tomorrow - be good on tuesday when cousin is coming over and have a few drinks but not go crazy....maybe even try to track...i think if i make that my aim, to just try and track even if i don't stay under my limit then that will maybe keep a lid on things - try and track all week..... - daily weigh, daily track, daily check goals

I started running/walking this week. My plan is to walk/run the rest of this week.

well plan is still evolving!! didn't track perfectly yesterday but did sooooo well in the face of great adversity and am really happy about that. Didn't have a drink either. am going out tonight so tracking will prob go slightly out the window....but that's ok, can't track for the rest of my life so will take it easy and try and be moderate. Have been exercising well and keeping up with that part of the plan. Still nothing much planned for weekend so will try and track and exercise....I want to get to bodypump tomorrow...hopefully :-) So all in all am not perfect but doing well.....someone tell me that if i keep it up it will show in the scales!!!

kim you have to see mine...it's terrible!!! i'm just happy to get the washing and the dishes done at this stage!!
well my plan has already had a little detour....cousin came over last night with wine so there went that...but that's ok, i had such a good day until then so will carry on today, still feel very happy and motivated

Hi all! was about to post my plan on another thread, then i realised that maybe planning deserved a thread all of its own. If we can plan the week out in terms of food/wine :-)/exercise and then challenge ourselves to stick to it it might make the week a bit simpler and be hopefully quite motivating!....Anyway here goes!
- track today and weds at least, for reward on thurs - no wine today, a glass or 2 weds at meeting, but still track, afd thurs and maybe a glass on fri - gym this am, step tomorrow, nice long walk on friday with kids - have nothing planned yet on weekend, so will try to track for rest of week...yes until monday!!!!!
