I have a moms group that I'm part of, and I think it would be fun to get them motivated, and thinking of "streaks" that would be slightly competitive, or fun/interesting to get them motivated to join the sparkpeople website.
Have you got any ideas for weekly streaks that we could do together as a group?
Must admit, I've had a tough week or two, gained back 3lbs - ate half a birthday cake one night, that led to godiva cheescake the next night, that turned into dinner out with fried ice cream for dessert the following night.. it's a slippery slope and I'm feeling bad about myself - so I also think some small, fun streaks might get me back on track and feeling confident again!
