Keep it up!
Remember that your body has just been through a LOT with having surgery. You may just be plateauing while your body focuses on getting healthy and healed up.
Try to vary your calorie intake through the low and high ends of your calorie range. See if that shakes things up a bit. There are also LOTS of great resources in the SP articles about plateaus.
Don't give up, just give your body some time to get healed and get back on track!
