I'd say just exercise and eat healthy. Just pick yourself back up and get right back on the wagon, you know? If you'd like, maybe push yourself a little harder in your workout and use it as even more motivation. :]

Hey guys, I started a little less than two weeks ago. I'd lost three pounds at my last weigh in, but yesterday was my birthday, and between the cake and the fajitas, I ate too much.
I wanted to ask some opinions. What happens when you eat more than you should one day? What should I do for the rest of the week? Thanks so much!
