With it getting warm and sunny outside, I figured it would make sense to cut back on the TV. I am going to go for under 3 hours of TV a week (currently I am at round 5 -- though I make a point of NEVER eating infront of that thing). My goal is not to stop watching, but to only watch when I actually *want* to. I can use the saved time for workouts :D. I will log my daily TV watching:
Monday the 26th: NONE
My motivation for tomorrow: Its my mother's birthday and we are going out to eat (and I am allowing myself a small pizza, instead of my usual tomatoe soup). I am going to run away at least 300 cals and jump 200 away.
My successs yesterday: 12km rollerblading and a short jog = 500 cals lighter. I also did a good bit strength training.
Why should I need a box of light to entertain me when I have the world?
