60 today. I did arms and shoulder workout yesterday and they didn't have much left.
Good work on taking a step each day also. I see results already....I see muscles that were hiding somewhere under the layer of fat. Wahoo

Ooh I like this one. I used to be the queen of pushups when I played basketball - I wasn't the fastest runner, and whoever lost sprints had to do pushups, so I got reeeal good at pushups reallly fast.
Time to get that back, starting tonight!

I did 100 today set 1: 60 set 2: 20 set 3: 10 set 4: 10

| wow 100 pushups in one set....I am going to be here a while. Right now I can do about 20 and then it is sets of 10 til I get to 60 and have muscle faliure....he he he...well at least I will have a goal. Good luck to you all also

| My guess is yes.... My goal is to be able to do 100 pushups in one set and I am at 20... You need to start somewhere.

| I am starting to do the 100 crunches a day and saw that there is also a 100 push ups a day...wow! Do you think that it's possible for someone starting out to do this? I will try tomorrow...

| wow, 100 pushups....I am doing the crunches each day also and have been doing around 50 pushups also...boy I will have to really up the ante but I am in.

I started doing the 100 crunches today challenge and it really helps... So I thought this would be a good idea too...
