Ivy - way to go on getting into the size 10's. That's AWESOME! My DH and I are going to Vegas in 1 1/2 weeks so I plan on scoping out the course AND doing lots of shopping. I was able to squeeze into a size 12 a couple of weeks ago that was just a little tight around the hips. We'll see if I can comfortably get into those now.

Oh my, I really did something aweful with my control these last couple of days, I think I kind of lost it. Thank goddness for this challenge and the acountability, I love comming on and seeing everyone who has maintained such great control and balance, it gives me the incentive to keep pushing on.
I got to go shopping today and was so excited that I fit into size 10 I haven't fit into a 10 since before I had my 9 year old! It felt great, and gives me the push to keep going eventhough I fall off the wagon from time to time. Have a great evening everyone! Ivy

Wild Card: Ate trail mix and fruit smoothie after dinner; There were a few nuts in there and of course sugar in the smoothie, but I want to say it counts as fruit (I gave it a lot of thought before eating it), and I still stayed well within my calorie range. Plus I've been thinking about restrictions of those sort, and I think they are engendering resentment in me, so I don't think I am going to restrict myself. I would like to leave my wild card just at writing in my journal, but I don't know if that's cheating.
