Hi everyone. I forgot to post my result last week so I just put all my progress here.
Starting weight at 18th Mac- 220 25th Mac- 216, down 4 1st Apr- 215, down 1 15th Apr- 214, down 1 22th Apr- 218, gain 4 (I really hate when the time of the month comes!)
I neglected my body for 1-2 weeks when I starting a new job. Now I'm starting all over. I hope I still can lose 26lb's by the dateline.

Happy Sunday morning to everyone! I had a small loss this week! 0.8, but at least it is not a gain, right! I guess I need to be thankful for the loss since TOM came visiting on Monday morning.... This next week should be a lot better!! I hope!! I am already off to a really good start!

| well let me tell ya how I am...lol....highly stressed out, my husbnad is stuck in a different town because of this storm that hit wyoming, he can't get to work....we finally got snow ourselves sometime in the night...ugh....everyhting is closed around us.....sort sux if you know what i mean....and this kind of thing makes me hungry....lol...i can't go out and walk, you can't drive to the gym, because it also rained last night meaning there is s heet of ice under the rain.....but their is hope, it's been reported we will get into the 40's today....lol...so maybe it'll be slushy y the time I have to work...lol....cross fingers....

I have a goal of 2-3 lbs per week.. I weighed myself and took tape measurements a few hours ago..and I made a grocery list and will go get some good foods tomorrow...

Hello again! I just finished up some yard work and washing my truck! I definitly got a workout in tonight but I am not done! I am still going to walk on that treadmill tonight! I am going to do this! I am soooo pumped up!

Whoo Hooo! I weighed myself this morning and went from 215 to 210.5 this week! Although, I was sick for 3 days (cold), I did make an effort to watch what I ate too.  NANCY
P.S. I see that my tracker did not update when I corrected the starting weight last week. :(

peaches I understand that....yesterday, was our eat out day..... Took my son to his favorite place to eat for breakfast, took the kids out for dinner for lunch, and then we ordered pizza from pizza hut..hello.....theirs about 5 lb's....lol.... and I'm not feeling so good, think i ate too much...lol

| The first couple of days I was doing good but now I think I have gained 3-4 lbs. not good. Hopefully after next wekk it will go down because I won't be going out to eat as much.

good morning girls....well how is everyone doing?...well I've been ok I guess....life is so stressful here right now, another one of my children proceeded to injury himself late afternoon while playing basketball at the park with some friends... I told my youngest if she even thought about getting injuryed, i was disowning them all...lol....I have to say though everyone has been consistent....and the ER is becoming our friend.....lol....first with my husband breaking his nose at work when he got hit in the face with equipment, then our olderest with getting her appendix out in february and then a week later having some kind of infection from it all a week later, screaming and crying in pain that had to put her on morphine ( poor kid) but she's doing much much better now....and now this....yeppers I'm locking them all up and throwin away the key....lol...and I;m happy to report we have a on going battle with the city about the garbage can, that they keep in front of our garage, well as of today it's suppose to be being moved.....woohoo...
anyways going to focus on walking today, and I work a double shift, so thats all i will have time for actually....so I hope you all have a good day..hugs and belief Rondadebi

Ok girls, hope everyoone is doing good so far.....i know how easy it is to start something, with warm and fuzzy feelings, but then we have our low days too and thats ok too...we are here to raise each other up.....
yesterday, I did a lot of house work and laundry, decluttered out my closet and got rid of the winter clothes...kept a couple things for the moutains this summer when we go camping......
but if things work out, i won't have to be buying no more 4x's...lol.....
Here's something some of you might have known.... Some food that trigger weight loss:what we must do is replace the crabs and proteins that are slowing our metabolism with greater quantites of those food types of food that will speed it up. Not all carbs act the same way in the body. You need to concentrate on certain types of natural carbs because they are converted to fuel more readily for our body type. For example, our body will have much better results with potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, and low sugar fruits as berries and grapefruit. these foods cause less of insulin response, therefore less fat storage. as for protein, you will see much better results with fish and with boneless, skinless chicken and turkey breast than red meat.. Most people will experience rapid results with fish because it metabolized very quickly and really stokes up your body's fat burning furnace. Thus that why we should be eating more fish...lol...but if some of you can't stomach fish, you'll also get good results with lean chicken and turkey.....so good luck...hugs and belief Rondadebi

good morning ladies, Well this morning we will want to start on a good note...... Take the time to eat a good breakfast, and drink your water, take your vitamins.....and so forth... enjoy a morning walk for about 45 minutes....we want to burn fat.....take 15 minutes sometime today and clean out your closet..hug your children, if you don't have children, hug someone today and tell them you appreciate what they do for you...drink plenty of water today...and enjoy, breath in and breath out...today is my only day off, and I'm going to enjoy the day by start spring cleaning my house...going to open all the windows, and give our dogs baths today, and donate my winter clothes....ok have to go for now...hugs and belief in you all...

Well Good Morning everyone. I am pleased to announce a 1 pound loss. No, it was not two pounds for the week, but it was not the .4 that I have been having the last few weeks! Maybe I am on to something! I am going to keep it up and add more exercise to the regimen! It is on the log, just have been too tired to do it! I need to make more time to exercise, then I will not be as tired! I know this! I weighed in this morning at 226.4, so this is my starting weight for the challenge! Good luck to all on your weight loss! We can do this!!

good morning everyone...this morning is the morning we weigh in...this morning I weigh 319....so my goal target is 293......
Ok for those who are fighting "FAT"...... here's a couple tips that might help...how many are you only 3 meals a day...stop it...lol...
your allow to eat 6 meals a day..... if your calorie counting this is how you should be eating.... Breakfast between 400-500 calories.... snack 100-200 calories Lunch 400-500 calories snack 100-200 Dinner 400-500 snack 100 eat this before 8pm.....
drink 8 to 11 glasses of water a day.....
do the basic stretch out from sparks in the morning....
don't overly work out.....your trying to burn fat at this stage, not get bulky and build muscle.....so walking on the treadmill, or out walking your dog for 45 minutes a day is perfect, or a jog, riding on a stationary bike.....just right now no hard work outs.....we are working on burning fat....
ok now lets go have some fun .....and good luck everyone...
