Well, it looks to me like you are doing something right. You have lost 5 pounds already. You are at least in the right mind set. Start with small steps....make one goal-Get up half an hour earlier to exercise. Avoid junk food for a day. or take a walk on your work breaks. Eat a decent breakfast. Every little step adds up. When you have one step worked on, add another one.

Thanks for asking. Not yet. I've still been way too busy to do the right things. I have good intentions when I go to bed, that the next morning I'm going to wake up and make better choices and exercise, but then I get up, I'm rushed, and I do what I have to do to get by. I hate it. I'm getting more and more depressed with the way that I look and the little time that I have. My husband gets to work out every day on his lunch break from work. By the time he gets home to take the kids, I'm alread exhausted or have school that night (I'm also in college at 32). I just don't know what to do.

Start fresh today. Don't worry about last week. Start new today. Make it a goal not to eat fast food this week. Bring fresh veggies to snack on instead. Do a little extra exercise this week to to help counter act. Don't beat yourself up. I am going to challenge you-Cut back on your fast food by 90% this week. I will check in with you Tuesday and see how you are doing.

I am having such a hard time getting back on track. Last week I ate horribly. I was busy trying to get my new yoga Studio ready and just ate fast food like crazy. I'm really getting depressed over not being able to exercise or lose weight. Any suggestions????
