Hi everyone! Ever wonder why you might not be losing weight as much as you would like. Maybe, wondering why your plateauing? It could be a food trigger. All foods have different types of sugars in them that react differently in your body causing a high insulin release from your pancreas. What happens is that when you eat foods that YOUR body may have a high insulin response to, your body doesn't use the food for energy. It considers it poison and sends it straight to fat cell jail. Where, then the sugar that your body considers to be poison will slowly leak out of your fat cells and into your blood steam and cause things such as headaches, hypertension, insomnia,Migraines,etc.. Everyone's food triggers are different. Everyone has certain foods that trigger a higher insulin response in their bodies than others. In order to find out how to get a food trigger test done on you, you would need to look it up on the net and see if there are any physicians in your surrounding area that can do it. Usually nutritionists or dietitions will know where you can get one done or they can do it themselves.
