| Count me in too. I need a little motivation myself. I'm doing well so far, but I skip at least 1 of my 3 days a week. I really have got to stop doing that. Maybe this will help keep me going. I'm going to get on it right now. lol!

Heather, I will join you for this challenge. I am just beginning too. I have a half marathon coming up in two months and I want to be ready to walk it. Ok are we to pop in at the end of the week to check in or just check in each time we exercise. YOu tell me and I will go with it. I need help in the motivation arena so this hopefully will do it. :-)

Hi all! I am the worst at getting in my exersize so I am starting a challange for myself and anyone else who needs help! I have to start off small and work up so my challange is for the next two weeks a minimum of cardio 3 times a week for 30 minutes. After two weeks I plan on slowly added in other exersizes (this is the plan I am following with my trainer) Anyone want to join? We will report in once a week Heather
