| I agree, drink LOTS of water. Just keep in mind also that you will soon start to develop more muscle and it weighs more than fat, therefore you may not see scale numbers move. You will however probably see inches go away.

When you start back exercising, your body tends to hold fluids for a while. Just keep it up until your body adjusts. Also, every time the exercise starts to feel easier, turn up the difficulty as your body adjusts.
Remember, our bodies take time to adjust to this way of life, and every change we make to our lifestyle. Make sure you are eating within your range, and drinking LOTS of water.
Good luck!

I really am not sure of how to explain this but I am expiriencing a type of glitch. For the last two week I haven't been able to exercise like I should becaus my knee is messed up and so I can't force it to much. Well I did greta on the SparkDiet loosing two even three pounds in like two or three days. Sunday I began exercising again and it seems like I went up one pound and the weight is taking more time to come off. In fact this has happen to me in the past. I know that I shouldn't be expecting 5 pounds but I always start good and fast but then I get slow. Does anyone have any suggestion. Should I really be following the exercise recomendations on the first satge, they seem low and I figure more exercise meant fastter results.
