Wow, I just read all 4 pages of this topic and all i can say is wow! You guys are awesome and very motivating!! So, I'm going to join the challenge late, and weigh-in on Fridays.

Worked hard this Saturday helping some friends clear up from storm damage, lots of huge trees down to cut up and take care of the brush. As such, showing a loss again this week! Yee Haw!!!

Well, no gain, no loss again. I am glad though, I was expecting a gain. So, this is good!
5 more weeks to lose 5.6 lbs. Maybe I need to re-assess my goal.

Got my butt out of bed at 5:00 this morning and hit the gym, which I haven't seen in a couple weeks. I feel pretty good about that. I have people expecting to see me at the same time tomorrow too, so that should help me get up and get moving. Happy with the pound loss this week. I realistically won't meet my goal, but that's okay. I just want to see how close I can get.

I remeasured today after a blah-zae weigh in on Thurs, & sure enough I've lost the rest of my pms fluid retention. My waist is down 1/2 inch & my butt 1/2 inch! I'm excited!

I haven't been in the 120s since I was in my 20s. I made a conscious effort all week to stay UP to my calorie goal, and I think it paid off. So now I feel like I know what to do to keep losing, and I'm elated.

| DeAnna - I even exercise first before all that, to try to sweat out any extra water! Not that I don't drink water while I work out, but try not to guzzle a bunch between working out, shedding of clothes & getting on the scale.

Hey everyone. I am skipping weigh-in this week. TTOTM came a week early... Back in my early days of SP I had a disasterous weigh-in during TTOTM and it messed with my head way too much. So I vowed not to weigh myself again when dear Aunt Flo was visiting. So ... no news from me.

I always weigh first thing in the morning (sans any clothing) before breakfast, and I even make sure I put in my contacts before I weigh, becuase I'm sure my glasses weigh more than my contacts. lol-- like it would really make a difference. We all have our quirks.
