| I will be at the beach on my next weigh in day. Sorry, but I'm not dragging the scale with me on vacation - I just gotta draw the line somewhere. I will do my best to maintain control while I'm gone - I'll check in when I get back with either my success report or how much damage control I need to do. Have a great week.

Think I was seriously retaining water or something, because the week before the 150, I was at 148, so the drop shown here isn't as big as it looks.

Well I'm off this morning for a long weekend of camping up in Northern Minnesota with the family. As I'm wrapping things up on the job and doing the final packing, I decided that I would make a "mini" commitment to my friends here to stay on course. I am bringing along healthy foods and also a notebook to track food and exercise (they have a wonderful bike trail). The worst thing will be the alcohol...always goes with camping 
Wish me luck and I'll report back on Tuesday!

Hi everyone. Well there was no difference in my weight this week, but hopefully next week. I did great on eating this weekend so maybe my body is just being stubborn. Congrats to those who are losing.

I was so excited about seeing 147 on the scale. I love it when I move the bar on the scale to the 150 mark and it plops down. The 6/27 weight posted was approximate. I was tired of weighing myself every week because of how my weight fluctuates, but at least it eventually goes in the right direction.
